Dry Needling in Plano, TX

Dry needling uses a thin, sterile, single-use filiform needle placed directly into a tight, irritable knot in the muscle, called a trigger point, to help release it. It's a targeted technique for muscle tension that hasn't responded to stretching, massage, or other hands-on work. We'll walk you through what the technique involves before your first session, so nothing about it is a surprise.
